This project is envisioned to build a mentorship community where knowledge, experience, and values are passed forward to empower future leaders to navigate challenges, innovate locally, and drive meaningful change. Through this programme, we seek to impact clarity, build confidence, strengthen leadership capacity, and connect passion for the environment to career-driven opportunities.

1. CALL FOR MENTORS
a. Target Group:
• Professionals and researchers in environmental science,
engineering, law, agriculture, health, or policy
• Social entrepreneurs or NGO leaders
• Experienced youth advocates (25+ years)
b. Direct Outreach:
• Use LinkedIn to identify and invite potential mentors
• Contact Terraplus networks, alumni, and previous collaborators• Ask board members or staff for recommendations/referrals
